Doug Hammond has over 30 years of experience in executive management, operations, underwriting and law. He joined NFP in 1999 and has held several leadership positions, including president, chief operating officer, general counsel and head of strategy. He became chairman and CEO in 2013. Prior to NFP, Doug practiced corporate law at a national firm, where he represented NFP’s founding capital partner before and during NFP’s startup phase.  In 2013, he led NFP’s $1.4 billion go-private transaction with Madison Dearborn Partners LLC (MDP).

Bob DiMeo is the current chairman of Fiducient Advisors. Bob co-founded the firm in 1995 and served as CEO from its inception through July 2023. Bob has authored and been the subject of numerous articles appearing in prominent publications including the Los Angeles Times, Crain’s Chicago Business and Pensions & Investments, and has taught courses on fiduciary responsibility and related subjects.

Lisa Garvy is a senior healthcare executive with extensive experience building strategic partnerships and leading commercial growth across digital health and healthcare services. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Teladoc Health, where she drove relationships with payers, employers, and health systems to expand access to virtual care. Prior to that, Lisa held senior leadership roles at Livongo, Zest Health, Truven Health Analytics, and NeuroSource.

Sander Duncan is a healthcare investor and operator with over 15 years of experience building and scaling companies across care delivery, technology, and venture capital. He is currently the Founder and CEO of Sespe Health Holdings, a permanent capital vehicle focused on long-term healthcare investments, and a Partner at Endurance Companies. Sander also advises CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield on investments, bringing deep expertise from his tenure as General Partner at Lifeforce Capital and leadership roles at Pager, Cleveland Clinic, and Northwell Health.

His work includes leading record-breaking tech exits, forming venture and private equity funds, and advising on M&A, fund formation, corporate restructurings, and regulatory matters.

Matt Levin is the Chief Executive Officer of Modern Health, a leading global workplace mental health platform. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across health care and HR technology, including CEO roles at People 2.0 and Benefitfocus, as well as senior strategy positions at ADP, Aon, and Hewitt Associates. Lon Chow is a seasoned venture and angel investor with more than two decades of experience backing and guiding technology and healthcare companies. He is a Partner at Method Capital and has invested in over 70 early-stage startups as an active angel investor. Lon has served on numerous boards, including Attain, Purchasing Platform, Music Audience Exchange, and Rippleshot, and previously held leadership roles as General Partner at Apex Venture Partners and Managing Director at Sandbox Industries.

Joseph Flanagan is a veteran sales leader, coach, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience building and scaling high-performing teams. He is the Founder and Chairman of Acquirent and LeadJen, award-winning sales execution firms recognized on the Inc. 5000 list, and previously launched JP Flanagan Corporation at age 27, growing it into one of Chicago’s largest insurance agencies. Currently, Joseph serves as Growth Partner at Distributed Ventures, where he helps portfolio companies design go-to-market strategies, strengthen commercial teams, and achieve revenue milestones.
